Meet the GTA 6 Characters
Characters play a central role in Grand Theft Auto VI, shaping its story, relationships and criminal world. Rockstar has introduced key characters through official trailers, promotional material and character profiles. This page collects our coverage of the people featured in GTA 6, from the central protagonists to supporting characters whose roles help define the story of Leonida.
Jason and Lucia
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are the central protagonists of GTA 6. Rockstar’s official story description presents them as partners caught in a criminal conspiracy across Leonida after a job goes wrong. Their relationship and their reliance on each other are important parts of the game’s premise.
Our character articles examine their backgrounds as presented in official material, their apparent motivations, their relationships and the details revealed through trailers. We distinguish information confirmed by Rockstar from interpretations of scenes and dialogue, particularly where the full story has not yet been revealed.
Supporting Characters and Their Roles
The wider cast helps establish the people, conflicts and criminal networks surrounding Jason and Lucia. Supporting characters may have different motivations, loyalties and connections to the protagonists, but not every character’s complete role is publicly known.
Our coverage brings together available character information and examines relevant details from official footage. When a character’s background or importance remains unclear, we identify those gaps rather than presenting theories as established facts.
Character Profiles, Relationships and Story Details
Use the articles above to explore individual character profiles, relationships, background information and story-related discoveries. We also examine notable details from trailers and official descriptions, while keeping speculation separate from confirmed character information.
Character information can change as Rockstar releases more material and, after launch, as players learn more about the story. We aim to keep profiles clear and useful by updating outdated information and explaining when new details change our understanding.
